Manage Your Subscribe & Save
Skip a shipment, change how often it ships, update your card, or cancel - all from your account, anytime. Here is exactly how.

Open the menu and choose Account Mgmt
In the top navigation, open Helpful Menu and click Account Mgmt. This drops you straight onto your subscription page if you have one.

Sign in (if you are not already)
If you are signed out, you will see a sign-in screen. Type your email and we will email you a 6-digit code. Enter it and you are in - no password to remember.

Find your subscription
Your active subscription shows the product, how often it ships, and the price. Tap Manage for quick actions, or View details for the full control panel.

Choose what you want to do
From Manage or View details you can do all of the following. Pick the one that fits.
Skip the next order
Not ready for the next shipment? Hit Skip next order and we will jump to the one after.
Skip specific months
Open Upcoming orders to see your next shipment dates and tap Skip next to any month you want to pass on.
Change frequency
Want it more or less often? Change the delivery frequency (for example, every month to every 2 months).
Update payment & address
Edit your card on file or shipping address any time so your renewals never miss.
Cancel
Done for now? Choose Cancel. Note: canceling stops billing and delivery right away and cannot be undone.
Pause
Need a break without canceling? Pause keeps your subscription on file and stops shipments until you resume.
Prefer your email? Use the order confirmation
Every Subscribe & Save order sends you a confirmation email with a Manage subscription button built right in. Tap it and you land on the exact same management screen - handy if you do not feel like hunting through the menu.
Want to add items to your subscription?
Subscriptions are tied to the item you originally ordered, so you cannot add new products to an existing one. To change what is in your recurring order:
Subscribed by accident?
No problem. You can cancel it yourself from your account in a few taps (see Step 4 above). If you cancel and later wish you had not, just reach out to us and we will help re-establish your subscription, or you can simply order it again.

Quick answers
I am not seeing my subscription. Why?
Make sure you are signed in with the same email you used to order. If it still is not there, contact us and we will track it down.
When will I be charged and shipped?
On the delivery frequency you chose (for example, every month or every 2 months). Your next dates are listed under "Upcoming orders" in your account.
Does canceling charge me anything?
No. Canceling stops all future billing and shipments immediately. It cannot be undone, so if you only need a break, use Pause or Skip instead.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes - adjust your frequency or skip an upcoming order to shift the timing. You will see the new dates update right away.
