I purchased a bottle of pickle crack and havent used it yet because the lid came broken and i can close it back up and dont want it to go to waste. It showed ip quickly which was nice. I messaged the people i got it from last week and habe not heard from them yet.

We did make several attempts to contact you by email regarding the situation. Once we learned that you were using a different email address, we also reached out to that address.
Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to any of those messages.
Because we were unable to reach you, we ultimately decided to issue a full refund in an effort to resolve the matter. We were therefore disappointed to see the review posted afterward, particularly since we had been actively trying to work with you and had already refunded your purchase in full.
We would still like to understand what more we could have done to make this right for you.
From our side, we made multiple attempts to communicate, issued a full refund when we did not hear back, and did everything reasonably available to us to resolve the issue.

Being originally from Minnesota where ketchup is spicy!!! I was hesitant about using devil Dave's products at first. I cook with these products. And can honestly say if I want spicy these are my go to. I make bacon wrapped pickle poppers with these products and top the bacon with this while smoking the poppers.

I use devil Dave's products for cooking. This is awesome for smoked chicken and pork. I use it as a rub and add bbq at the end. Love the sweet savory flavor this gives with a very tiny bit of heat.

This stuff is DELICIOUS! I bought it to add to Bloody Marys for a pickle party at my bar, but every guest that tried it ended up putting it on their wings and sandwiches and took pics of the bottle to order their own. Can’t wait to make homemade pickles and add this to the brine!
