For almost 7 years Devil Daves has offered free shipping. It has been a great experience for both customer and us as a company. We feel it makes our website easier to understand during the checkout process. In the past few years, there has been a significant increase in shipping costs due to various factors such as fuel prices, transportation costs, and supply chain disruptions. As a result, we need to meet you half way on shipping for small orders. Shipments to the Lower 48, excluding Alaska & Hawaii, will get Free Shipping over $25. Alaska & Hawaii and APO are Flat Rate $8.00 Shipping. By ordering over $25, we are sure you'll find a better value in ordering more items. This covers the additional expenses incurred during the shipping process and helps ensure that your order is delivered to you safely and efficiently while keeping our prices down for you.. We understand that this may come as an inconvenience, but we are committed to providing the best possible service and experience for our customers.

We discount the price permanently for each delivery. You are charged price of product at Sub & Save pricing plus any handling fees we are currently charging on the website..

Buy X get Y & Promotional Items 

During promotional months or events we will do coupon codes or buy X get Y when you reach cart amount to get an item free. You must follow instructions carefully on the promotion or coupon page. You will not receive the free item unless it's added to cart and shows as 100% off before checkout. We will not ship any freebies that we're not added to cart, however we will refund your order in total minus credit card fee which will allow you to reorder again and add the free promotional item before checkout. 

Policy for Online & In Store Returns

If it's broke, we'll fix it. Free of Charge. If you product is damaged during shipping, please let us know.  Use the Contact Page to email or message us on Facebook. We will reply and request a photo of the damaged item or items. We package for complete customer satisfaction  but accidents can happen. We will replace at no charge. For all online orders, We do not offer returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong item. No returns due to damage may be made after 7 days upon delivery.

We strive to bring you only a fresh, quality product that is sealed and safe for consumption. Occasionally accidents during shipping can happen. We are here to help fix that. However, because it's a food item and unusable to us after you receive it, we cannot accept returns because of buyers remorse or ordering the wrong amount. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns or give refunds. There is a 5% Fee on all Canceled Orders. Orders cannot be cancelled once they ship.

WRONG ITEM SENT? Send us a photo of ALL ITEMS YOU RECIEVED and we will make it right either through a free return label or by sending you the correct item free of charge! If you ordered the wrong item and it was delivered we do offer a return label at your expense. 

LOST or LATE PACKAGE? What you need to do is look over the shipping address that you entered and make sure that it's yours. If it's yours then call the post office to verify and retrieve information as to where it was delivered. If it's not yours then please instruct the post office to go to that address and retrieve your package. We do not recommend you go to someone's house to retrieve it unless you know them. We should not be held responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. We shall not refund for any delays during the shipping process. Late or delayed shipments still in delivery will not be refunded. Purchasing discounted Priority Mail will speed up your shipping time but we do not guarantee it will arrive in 2-3 days especially to West coast states such as California, Montana, Arizona, Washington, etc.  We do not cover late or delayed shipments due to service error or delays. We ask that you please order your goods with ample time to meet your goal. We do not cover service errors, including loss, theft, or postal/shipping issues attributed to your property. If we get proof that the shipping carrier has lost your package, we will replace it or refund it with proper proof from carrier after 45 days. If the package arrives really late and you no longer want it, we will we send you a return Label and will refund you in full once you send the package. We ship with reputable carriers. If the address is correct, and they GPS scanned it as delivered at your location, then we cannot be held responsible unless they claim they lost it.

What we typically do in this situation is have you contact your local post office first.

You need to find out two things:
1) who was the postal worker that day.
2) find out where they delivered the package. With packages they do a GPS SCAN when they drop them off.

Lost, not received, or damaged orders older than 45 days from the date of delivery cannot be refunded or replaced. It is the buyers responsibility to inform us of unreceived package within 5 business days of trackings delivery confirmation. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please keep in mind that we ship according to your countrys requirements including packing slip, claim information and customs forms.. We accept no responsibility in recovering stuck or lost packages and the job of making a claim is up to you. Please make sure the address you enter is checked twice! 

CANCEL ORDER REQUEST? A 3% cancellation fee will be imposed on all customer cancelled orders. This covers the CC processing fees which we don't receive a refund for. 

RETURN TO SENDER? Sometimes delivery exceptions happen. Dogs, gate codes, security reasons.. They can all cause a delivery exception and a possible RTS.. Once we get a package back, we will contact you and get a corrected address. We will then attempt one more delivery and cover the shipping cost. As a courtesy, we do not charge for the second shipment. However, if it does come back to us again, we will refund you for your order less the cost of shipping and restocking fee of 7%. You will then have to order again should you still want to order with a new address.   We shall not be responsible for parcels returned because of buyer error in mailing address or "undelivered" circumstances such as dogs, gates, no mail box, or other objects. 

We put a lot of care into our packaging. Yes We ship same day 6 days per week. Mon - Saturday until 4pm. We put a lot of care into our packaging. It is, after all, the final product! Shipping to our you, our most important fans, is definitely our favorite part. Orders usually arrive in 2-6 days and come sealed and ready to use! Order confirmation, an invoice and Tracking is provided via email! We have a lot of repeat customers and we always try to reward with extras on future orders!! Be sure to watch for extra decals and goodies when you have ordered a few times..!
