Free shipping will be applied to orders with a total value of $20 or more post discounts. Your Code can be used in conjunction with other Coupon Codes published on our page however you must meet requirements of the other code as well. Winning results in $10 Credit towards purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Social Media Giveaway (Seasonal): Simply follow Devil Dave's on Facebook, share your name, likeness, and your honest opinion on [contest question]. No purchase necessary. Winner(s) will be required to submit Name, Address, & Email for Tracking.
1. Eligibility: These Official Rules ("Rules") apply to all contests and sweepstakes (collectively, "Contests") offered by Devil Dave's, LLC ("Devil Dave's") on social media platforms and through other channels. You must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enter. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Devil Dave's, its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
2. No Purchase Necessary & Purchase For Entry Contests: No purchase is necessary to enter any Devil Dave's Social Media Contest. We do offer Giveaways on Devildaves.com where purchase is required. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Free Entry: You may enter a Contest by following the specific instructions provided for each Contest. This may involve commenting on a social media post, following Devil Dave's on social media, tagging a friend, submitting an entry form, or other methods as specified for each Contest.
Entry with Purchase: For some Contests, an additional entry method may involve making a purchase on Devil Dave's website or at a participating retail location. Specific details regarding purchase entry will be provided for each applicable Contest.
3. Void Where Prohibited: Contests are void where prohibited by law.
4. Entry Dates and Times: The entry period for each Contest will be clearly stated in the Contest announcement. All times will be Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) unless otherwise specified.
5. Prizes: A detailed description of the prize(s) for each Contest will be provided in the Contest announcement. Some states may have additional regulations regarding prizes.

Devil Dave's reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any Contest at any time without notice.
12. Governing Law: These Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13. Tax Information: If the prize winner is subject to U.S. taxes, Devil Dave's will send the winner a 1099 in January of the following year.
14. Record Retention: Devil Dave's will maintain records for the promotional campaign for a period of two years.
15. Trademark Consent: Contest/Sweepstakes sponsors must be careful about advertising prizes by using the brand name of a prize without the consent from the trademark owner in the title. Devil Dave's will comply with all applicable trademark laws.
